The scheme is a new development located in Nigeria in the heart of the capital city. It consists of two residential towers with all supporting spaces including communal public facilities and parking. With the towers consisting of 14 floors of luxury apartments, the client asked for the podium, on the ground floor to be designed accordingly. This scheme aims to attract a range of young professionals, that can come together and socialise within the proposed space. The aim of the proposed design solution was to reflect opulence, the movement of nature, technology and contemporary African design. A variety of sustainable materials and methods were implemented into the design, such as a Natural ventilation system that is powered by kinetic energy and a water recycling system located in the ablution facilities.

Society has created a physical image of beauty and that people should recognise this image as "perfect", but The Skin Aesthetic aims to defy this image and welcome individuals of all differences into their inclusive skin care clinic where the space's function is to not only heal a patient physically but to also heal them emotionally. To achieve this concept, the colour scheme symbolised he variety of skin tones seen in people, skin textures and patterns, such as stretch marks and freckles, were imitated through the use of wall textures and terrazzo finished surfaces, furniture includes organic shapes that includes curves and soft edges and lastly, the use of sustainable materials throughout the design concludes the sustainable success of the healing space.

Pia-Pia aims to emphasise the fun and good times that come with enjoying a beer with friends. The word "Pia" derives from the Hawaiian translation of "Beer". There is a major gap in the market for a unique beer brand that caters for the youth of today, therefore, Pia-Pia wants to fill that gap by bringing cool and trendy, tropical fruit flavoured beers to the table. The trendy Pia-Pia Pub provides the perfect tropical experience whether it being having Poké Bowls for lunch and a light drink during the day or throwing a celebration party and having fun with friends during the evening.

Having a disability can be a challenge in an individuals everyday life and can be an obstacle when trying to conquer an everyday task. A home should be the safest and most comforting space for a person with a disability because that is where most of their time is spent. Mr and Mrs Jackson, an elderly couple both suffering different disabilities, which include being wheelchair bound and having Parkinson's disease, struggle to live independently and easily in a completely exclusive house that does  not fit their needs and are in desperate need for a newly renovated inclusive home that accommodates their disabilities and makes their everyday living easy.
